The envelope is significant. We did not get a color copy for this page, but the envelope is an off-pink color - used only by the IRS for 'official business'. Not only is the IRS Certified Public Accountants organization using office space paid for by taxpayers, but this envelope is prima facie evidence that this private organization is also using materials paid for by taxpayers.
